Return Policy


Pacey MedTech products are fully warranted against manufacturers defects. We offer a 100% money back guarantee within 90 days of purchase.

Please email us at and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Upon receipt of request, we will arrange for a replacement or refund within 48 hours.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns should be sent to: Pacey MedTech, 1099 West 8th Avenue, Vancouver BC V6H 1C3 Canada and reference your RMA. 


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

If you require an exchange please contact us at to inform us of the reason and to obtain an RMA number.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
